The most groundbreaking event toemerge was the exciting new 2020

the world, PMI quickly
pivoted to respond in a
smart and seamless way on multiple
fronts, including our in-person event
offerings. In short, we leveraged this
challenge as a springboard to launch
several new virtual events that are
truly one of a kind. Our approach
wasn’t a reflexive response, such
as flipping a switch to simply turn
in-person events into online, socially
distanced events. Instead, we
stepped back and took a thoughtful,
transformative approach. First, PMI’s
events team cleared the calendar of
established events and then worked
to reimagine how our virtual events
could exceed the status quo. As
