a PMI Project of the Year finalist for its
Digital Acceleration project. This
project aimed to improve customer
experience and make it more convenient,
personalized and enjoyable. The
initiative, with an objective to transform
the organization, was one of the
largest undertakings of this kind in the
quick-service restaurant industry. The
project, involving 120 countries, 20,000
