Chapter (AGC) held its second
The PMI AGC Energy Forum is a neutral
platform that allows people to debate
potential solutions to current energy in-
dustry challenges in an open environ-
ment. These challenges include
escalating costs when there is a boom in
the market, and cutbacks when there is
a downturn. Issues discussed include
commercial and technical challenges.
Participants were asked to shed their
companies’ prejudices, biases and positions. Instead, they were urged to focus
on the intellectual debate and exchange
views in an atmosphere of learning and
networking. The objectives were to en-

rich the energy industry as well as the
participants’ own learning, and help find
better ways to work together.
