This presentation will be focused exclusively on
organizational change management using the
Disciplined Agile process-decision tool kit to realize
the benefits. The presentation will include:
◆ Definition of a change management project/program(defining benefits/setting expectations);
◆ An agile culture to enable agile practices;
◆ Challenges to using an agile tool kit in changemanagement;
◆ Information radiators; and
The presentation will be delivered by a CertifiedDisciplined Agile Instructor (CDAI) with over 30 yearsof project management experience and a CertifiedChange Manager (CCMP, Prosci) with over 10 yearsof change management experience. It will focus onpractitioner experience and projects that integratea change management workstream (blade) within amultiple workstream project. It will also touch on howthe project management office needs to adapt to thisever-changing dynamic.
1. The attendee will gain insight into the changemanagement workflow blades within the DisciplinedAgile process-decision matrix.
2. The attendee will understand the challenges that theorganization change management portion presentsto overall agile project delivery, including examplesof epics, themes and stories.
3. The attendee will examine multiple informationradiators and how they may be used in a DisciplinedAgile process, including retrospectives.
