PMI Manitoba Chapter Honors
Project of the Year
A RECORD NUMBER of
attendees celebrated project
management excellence as the
PMI Manitoba Chapter
(Canada) held its fifth annual
project of the year awards ceremony on 10 February. Chapter
President Toby Elson, PMP,
opened the event and introduced the Honorable Andrew

who brought greetings from
the province of Manitoba.
A presentation then profiled all of the projects that had
entered the project of the year

submitting organizations. Mr.
Elson and Minister Swan then
presented each project representative with an engraved
personalized glass award in
the shape of the province of
Manitoba to recognize their
participation.
The 2009 project of the year
